All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 working days after receiving advance or cleared payment.
Dispatch is arranged through transport services, courier partners, or customer-assigned logistics as per mutual agreement.
Freight charges are paid by the buyer, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Delivery timelines depend on destination, transport availability, and load scheduling.
Buyers must inspect the goods upon receipt. Any issues related to damage, shortage, or mismatch must be reported within 24 hours so that I can assist promptly.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) and packing standards apply to every shipment.
No COD option is available—orders are dispatched only after payment confirmation.
